Legal internship opportunity in Los Angeles, California
The Law Firm of Salehi & Associates is accepting applications from Icelandic law students to come to Los Angeles, CA, and participate in an exciting and educational legal internship for openings starting in April 2010 and continuing on an ongoing basis. Chosen candidates will work in a reputable boutique civil litigation law firm that specializes in personal injury, business and entertainment litigation. Civil litigation is the core essence of the American legal system and will be an invaluable experience. Salehi & Associates is located only blocks away from the ocean and the famous Santa Monica pier, and only a few miles away from Hollywood, Malibu Beach and Beverly Hills. Our firm is a very relaxed atmosphere with a casual dress code and modest working hours. Upon request, serious applicants can be put in contact with previous interns to get a better understanding of the internship and their experience. Former Swedish students have combined the internship with their final thesis; thereby crediting the internship into their law degree.
Duties include assisting attorneys with miscellaneous court related issues and research. To learn more about Salehi & Associates, you may visit our website at www.salehiassoc.com. Candidates are responsible for their own room and board; however, we will assist candidates with finding desirable housing nearby.
